About the Anonym.es Dereferer

anonym.es is a free dereferer. It turns an ordinary link into one that forwards through us with the Referer header stripped, so the destination never learns which of your pages the visitor came from.

The service has run since 2014. It stays deliberately small: a link generator, a one-line script for whole sites, and a short forwarding page. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to install.

To be clear about the limits, anonym.es hides the referring page, not the visitor. It does not mask anyone's IP address and it is not a proxy or a VPN. For that, look at Tor.
